Stig Helveg and Sune Lehmann are new members of the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters

A total of 18 new members have become part of the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters, which is more than 280 years old and has had H. C. Ørsted as a member.

The Royal Academy is a collaborative body and meeting place for researchers from all areas of basic scientific research. The academy has more than 500 members divided into two main areas, the humanities and the natural sciences.

Professor Stig Helveg, DTU Physics, and Professor Sune Lehmann, DTU Compute, are new ordinary members in the natural sciences.
